Page Name

A unique identifier assigned by the institution for each section of a course offered during the term reported.

Institutionally assigned but must be non-blank on all files except the COURSES_TO_DEGREE table of HTD.

The value coded for this element on the INSTRUCTIONAL_ACTIVITY table of SIF, the COURSES_TAKEN table of SIF and the WORKLOAD_ACTIVITIES table of IRD must be the same.

Courses taken at the reporting institution and reported on the COURSES_TO_DEGREE table of HTD should have the same value as those reported on the INSTRUCTIONAL_ACTIVITY table of SIF, the COURSES_TAKEN table of SIF and the WORKLOAD_ACTIVITIES table of IRD.

For courses taken at another institution and reported on the COURSES_TO_DEGREE table of HTD this value may be set by the reporting institution or left blank.

Load programs on COURSES_TO_DEGREE table will NULL value when blank spaces.
