Coding Instructions:

Code 'Y' for employees provided an enhanced package of paid benefits. Code 'N' for all other employment resources, whether filled or not, that are not provided an enhanced package. All salaried employee records shall have a valid value submitted.

Load programs on EMPLOYEE_DEMO table will NULL values for OPS employees.
