Coding Instructions:

This data only includes applications that provided enough information for an official decision (admitted, denied) to be made. This data does not include applications that did not provide enough information for a decision and/or were cancelled before the admission decision. All admission decisions for wait-listed applicants will have been resolved before the construction of the admission data submitted to the Board office because the due dates for these ADM data are well after the admission decision.

'A	A	Admitted Indicates applicants who were officially notified with a preliminary offer to enroll at the institution. These applicants can be coded as registered or not registered. For FTIC applicants who were admitted, the ALT_ADMIT_FLG (02089) must be provided. If Requirements Met (02012) information cannot be confirmed at the time of the ADM submission, then ALT_ADMIT_FLG must equal 'Yes'.
'C	C	Cancelled After Admission Indicates applicants who were officially notified with a preliminary offer to enroll at the institution, but then either cancelled their application, or failed to provide additional required information and were administratively cancelled by the institution. These applicants will be counted as Admitted in analytic reports. These applicants cannot be coded as enrolled or registered. For FTIC applicants who cancelled after admission, the ALT_ADMIT_FLG (02089) is not required because final transcript information is often not available.
'D	D	Denied Indicates applicants who have been officially notified that their application was denied. This student should not be coded as registered.
