Page Name

The code representing a group of university employees, described by classification and administrative unit with similar job duties and responsibilities, who are eligible to be represented by a bargaining agent certified by PERC. This agent, if elected by the unit workers and certified by PERC, is the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining of employees in the unit with a Board of Trustees with respect to wages, hours, terms, and conditions of employment.

Required. Classes that are assigned to any Professional Health Care or Law Enforcement bargaining unit should report the traditional values of '0034' or '0036' as applicable. All other classes should be reported as 'Class Included In Bargaining Unit' or 'Class Not Included In Bargaining Unit' as applicable.

Faculty Practice records may be coded as 'NNNN' or '.'.

Load programs on EMPLOYEE_DEMO table will NULL value 'NNNN'.
