This element added on COURSES_TAKEN table via SUDS program from COURSES_TAKEN table. For all courses:
If Student Section Funding Flag (01103) is not equal to '0' then State Fundable Credit will be 00.0.

If Course Section Type (01104) is equal to 'T' or 'G' or 'Z' then State Fundable Credit will be equal to Student Section Credit (01097), since thesis, dissertation and directed individual study courses are not eligible for employee fee waivers.

For the remaining courses:
Those which are State Fundable (01103=0) and not thesis, dissertation or DIS (1104 ne T,G,Z) For students without an employee waiver (01108 ne 'E' or 'S') then State Fundable Credit will be equal to the value of Student Section Credit (01097).
