Code 9.99 or '.' for any student applying for undergraduate or graduate admission who cannot provide a grade point average from the previous schools or institutions attended. This may include resident and non-resident aliens and applicants to professional schools.

This element is required for all students who are applying to the lower division as transfer students, upper division, graduate school, or first professional programs.
