Indicates the compliance status of eligible faculty employees with the Florida Legislature's 'Twelve Hour Law' (1012.945 F.S.) for each Fall and Spring term.

1. Only Faculty (PAY_PLAN_NBR=22) records during the Fall and Spring terms that are classified as 'E&G' (BE_CD_EMPL='1' or '7') are evaluated for compliance. All other records should be reported as 'NA'. Missing/Null values are not accepted for this element.
2. All Law (CIP_EMPL=220101) and medical faculty (BE_CD_EMPL=4) should be coded as 'NA'.
3. All non-faculty (PAY_PLAN_NBR<>22) records should be coded as 'NA'.
4. All Summer terms should be coded as 'NA'.
