The date that an employee expects to terminate from the Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP).

This date is the date that a employee has set to end their particpation in the Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP). This date must be between one month and five years from the DROP_ENROLL_DT (01690). On EMPLOYEE_DEMO table code blanks or '.' for employees not in DROP.

Load programs for EMPLOYEE_DEMO will NULL value when RETIRE_CD is not a DROP retirement program and when SUB_TYP is EMPL.
