The particular health insurance option the employee has chosen.

For the Operating Budget process, Schedule III, LAS/PBS Update and Cost to Continue, SUDS programs will generate a cost to the state. This cost will be based on the Comptrollers Payroll Manual for the State Plan using the values here.
All vacant or authorized but not established records will use the average of the State Plan. All reserve records will not have a health cost generated. On the EMPLOYEE_VACANTS table, code 'XX' for EMPR_TYP_CD (01181=V,A) and '00' for EMPR_TYP_CD (01181 in {O,P,R,X}).

Load programs on EMPLOYEE_DEMO table will NULL value when employee is an OPS employee.
