Page Name

Code indicating the academic term in which a degree was granted to the student by the reporting institution. This date may or may not be equal to the value coded in Term Identifier (REPT_TIME_FRAME 02001).

Term Degree Granted is used to indicate that a degree reported in (DEG_LEVEL_GRANT 01081) was awarded by the reporting institution in a term previous to the current reporting term.

On the HTD the date should be confined to the academic year being reported.

On the SIFD the date reported should be confined to the current academic year if the REPT_TIME_FRAME(02001) is equal to Fall and Spring Term. For Summer Term submissions the date should be confined to the current summer term or any term within the previous academic year.

- When Term Degree Granted is coded, it cannot be greater than the reporting term.
- Code '.' when Level Degree Granted (DEG_LEVEL_GRANT 01081) has a value of 'N' or '.'.
- On the SIFD, the date may be used to report degrees granted in previous academic years.
