Coding Instructions:

For students who have obtained a baccalaureate degree or above, this GPA is the GPA associated with the bachelor's degree. A GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale is required. For those who have not completed a bachelor's degree, this will be coded 9.99

Load programs for APPLICANTS_ADMITS table for TEF will NULL value when '9.99' or '.'.
